
Return & Refund Policy
REGBOAT.com strives to provide high-quality custom boat registration numbers, decals, and raised graphics. Because our products are often custom-made, we have specific return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✅ Unused and in the same condition that you received it
✅ In its original packaging
✅ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
❌ Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., boat registration numbers, decals, raised graphics) unless there is a defect or production error
2. Custom Orders & Manufacturing Defects
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns on correctly produced custom orders. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or order error, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Defective or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the defect or incorrect item must be provided.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or, in some instances, issue a refund.
3. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Since our products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in production. However, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If denied, we will explain why the refund request was rejected.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items returned with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any return made more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at cs@3dlettering.com and send your item to:

6. Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Costs & Return Address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
